Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please let me know immediately by email: sarah@seodreams.ie

 

Refunds/Returns:

  • My refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons. 

  • Sale items are also not eligible for refunds.

  • To return your product, please post it to: Sarah Cunningham, 22 Rye River Grove, Leixlip, Co. Kildare, W23 N8A0, Ireland.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or Missing Refunds 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at seodra.dreams@gmail.com.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • I will do my utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. 

  • However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact me by email within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. 

  • At this point, I will offer you a refund or exchange depending on stock availability and agree on a cost of return postage.

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with me in writing prior to sending.

  • Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact me by email and I will do my best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
