Caring for your Jewellery
To ensure your jewellery stays in the best condition please follow these guidelines:
-
Remove before bathing, swimming, exercising, or going to bed
-
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and make-up, or at least wait until they've dried before putting on your jewellery
-
Store jewellery in a closed box or bag to avoid scratching and tarnishing from oxidisation and moisture.
-
Try to make a habit of wiping down your jewellery with a soft cloth after wearing it to remove smudges/surface oil etc.
-
When putting on an elastic bracelet, roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible.
-
Wear your bracelet on your non-dominant hand in order to limit chances of catching it on something.

- To restore dull looking jewellery, gently buff with a soft cloth.
- If your jewellery has visible dirt or feels sticky, you can clean it with a warm, soapy solution:
-
In a small bowl, mix one cup of warm water and 2 or 3 drops of dishwashing liquid.
-
Place the jewellery in the cleaning solution and soak for about 5-10 minutes.
-
Clean only one or two pieces at a time to prevent scratching.
-
Gently clean the piece by rubbing your finger or a cotton bud over the piece.
-
When the piece is clean, rinse it in warm water.
-
Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth and buff gently until it shines.
